These Terms govern your use of the Dialogus Labs website and, together with the applicable service agreement, our voice agent services. By using the site or the services you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Dialogus provides AI voice agents that handle phone conversations on behalf of enterprise customers, execute agreed actions against their systems, and produce auditable records of every interaction. Service scope, service levels and pricing are defined in each customer's order form and service agreement.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the credentials issued to your team and for the accuracy of the configurations, policies and content you provide. You may not use the services to violate law, to place unlawful automated calls, or to attempt to extract our models, prompts or software.
3. Customer data
As between the parties, customers own their data. We process it only to provide the services, as described in our Privacy Policy and each customer's data processing agreement. Sensitive fields are masked at ingestion.
4. Intellectual property
Dialogus retains all rights to the platform, models, software and documentation. Customers receive a limited right to use the services during the term of their agreement.
5. Warranties and disclaimers
The services are provided with the care described in each service agreement. Except as stated there, the site and services are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is capped as set out in the applicable service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the service agreement. On termination we return or delete customer data per the agreed retention configuration.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction defined in the service agreement. Disputes will be resolved in the venue defined there.
