Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2026 · Draft pending legal review

This Privacy Policy describes how Dialogus Labs (“Dialogus”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website, our voice agents and our portal. We process calls on behalf of the enterprises you interact with; for that data they are the controller and we act as processor.

1. Data we collect

Website: contact details you submit (name, work email, company) and standard analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location).

Voice service: call audio, transcripts, call metadata (number, duration, outcome) and the data needed to complete the interaction — for example an order, a payment promise or a support case — as instructed by the enterprise you called.

2. How we use data

To operate the service: answering calls, executing actions against our customers' systems, and producing the records our customers require (audio, transcript, outcome).

To improve the service: aggregate, de-identified quality analysis. Customer data is never used to train models for other customers.

3. Sensitive data and redaction

Payment card data, government identifiers and similar sensitive fields are masked at ingestion — they are not stored in logs, not spoken back, and not used for training.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the enterprise on whose behalf the call was handled, with subprocessors listed in our Trust Center (infrastructure, telephony, speech providers), and where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

5. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, tenant isolation, access controls and continuous monitoring. Dialogus is SOC 2 Type II attested; ISO 27001 certification is underway. Details at trust.dialoguslabs.com.

6. Retention

Call records are retained per each enterprise customer's configuration and deleted or returned at the end of the engagement. Website data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to processing. For calls handled on behalf of an enterprise, we will route your request to them as controller. Contact: contact@dlgs.ai.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date above.
