This Privacy Policy explains how RikoMX ("Riko") (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you access or use Riko (the "Services").

4. Vendors We Use
Depending on your configuration and usage, we may rely on vendors such as cloud hosting providers, payments processors, communications and voice infrastructure vendors, and AI/ML providers.

5. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, least privilege, encryption in transit where supported, logging and monitoring, and secure development practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and configuration (for example, call recordings and logs may have different retention periods than billing records).
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal information.
- Right to request deletion: You may request deletion of personal information as described in Section 8.
- Right to access and correction: You may request access to or correction of personal information.
8. How to Request Data Deletion (Right to Erasure / Right to Delete)
You may submit a data deletion request using the following mechanism:
Email us at juberth@riko.mx from an authorized address for your account.
To protect your account, we may verify your identity and authority before processing the request. We will respond and, where applicable, delete or de-identify requested data within 30 days of receiving a valid, verified request, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law.
If we cannot delete certain information (for example, where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes), we will explain the reason and scope.
9. Cross-Border Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own, including through our service providers. We take steps intended to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
